SN8106 E-TPU Foam Machine
1.This model is special for foaming sole forming machine with TPU as raw material.
2.Adopt crank lock mode structure,high lock mode force,formwork force is uniform.
3.High precision template,solid and moving die template,encoder control accuracy error±less than 0.1mm,mold frame pressure can reach 6KG.
4.The independent template design and servo-adjusting die seam can realize different product mold sharing.
5.Pressure box design,using pulse,proportional control,pressurzation and other ways to feed,so that the product without defects,material gun does not block material.
6.Steam adopts the double control system of balance valve and analog proportional valve,and the floating error lf steam heating is controlled with in0.1kg.
7.Use high and low pressure pump to achieve fast,very slow opening and closing die,make the material more uniform,more stable products.
